Message
A message belongs to a thread between the kennel and a customer. Staff read it in Anfragen & Chat. Owners read it under Nachrichten. See Inquiries and inbox.

| Topic | Cat holiday, daycare, vaccination, pickup, or a general request |
| Channel | Web, chat, or email |
| Body | The text |
| Time | When it was sent |
| Status | Answered or still unanswered |
| Draft | Optional AI text waiting for accept or edit |
| Read | Portal threads can show that a message was seen |
Filters in the inbox are all messages, unanswered, and today. A draft is not delivered until staff accept it.
