On the overview, the card **Heute im Haus**, or on the left **Heute bei myxevovo**. **angekommen** and **abgeholt** are there. Not from the inbox. **KI-Antwort erzeugen** writes a text, and only **Senden** sends it. If the owner writes in the portal under **③ KI-Chat & Fotos**, a short reply appears there straight away. Bottom left, **Team-Accounts**, role **Halter:in (Portal)**, **Einladung senden**. They register with that exact email. You look in yourself with **Kundenansicht** at the top. **Buchung gesperrt** usually means the trial day is not passed, or the vaccination is missing. Under **Probetage**, click **Bestanden ✓**, or type a reason next to **Trotzdem buchen**. **Nicht mehr erwünscht** cannot be overridden.
