Turn a portal request, or a booking you type yourself, into a confirmed stay.
Read the request
On the left, Anfragen & Chat, or at the bottom of occupancy Online-Anfragen aus dem Kundenportal.
Check the place
Look at the dates in the calendar. If the place is full, decline or use the waiting list.
Reply
In the inbox, check the draft and Senden. Or on occupancy, Bestätigen directly.
Check the fields
Bearbeiten: service, room, arrival, pickup, price, vaccination note. Then Speichern.
On arrival day
Under Heute bei myxevovo, tap angekommen.
