Reply drafts
In the inbox you check the text before it goes out. In the owner chat a short reply appears straight away.
Two different places

| Anfragen & Chat | KI-Antwort erzeugen writes a text into the field. Only Senden sends it. Höflich absagen sends the short no. |
| Customer view, ③ KI-Chat & Fotos | The owner writes and gets a reply in the chat straight away. You still see the same thread in the inbox and can answer in person afterwards. |
| Bewertungen | KI-Vorschlag, then Veröffentlichen. Nothing goes out before that. |
| Tierakten | Impf-Erinnerungen senden writes to owners whose cover is about to end. |
| Booking | A price is suggested. You can still change the francs before you save. |
How you address them
You confirm Sie or Du once per person in the inbox, or you set Anrede (auch für die KI) on the customer card. New inbox drafts then start with Grüezi or Hoi.
When you should be careful
With Vorsicht or Nicht mehr erwünscht, the inbox draft does not promise a place. The reason from the customer card sits above the text. Check it before you click Senden.
