How a stay moves through myxevovo, from the first sentence to the invoice.
How a stay runs
Request
The owner writes in the portal, or the request sits under Anfragen & Chat. You read the text, check the draft, and click Senden. See Inbox.
Booking
Under Belegung & Buchungen the online request is listed. Bestätigen or Ablehnen. You add your own booking with + Buchung. See Occupancy and bookings.
Trial day, if you do not know each other yet
On the left, Probetage, + Probetag vereinbaren. After the day you mark passed or not passed. See Trial days.
The day in the house
Heute bei myxevovo shows who is in. angekommen and abgeholt record it on site. Foto-Update an alle senden sends a picture to the owners whose animal is in today. See Today.
Invoice
On the left, Abrechnung. Monatslauf starten creates the month's invoices. Then per E-Mail or als bezahlt markieren. See Billing.
Review
Under Bewertungen, Bewertungs-Anfragen senden. When a review arrives, check the suggested reply and click Veröffentlichen. See Reviews.
