Occupancy and bookings
The calendar, a new booking, check-in, check-out, and requests from the portal.
See the month
On the left, Belegung & Buchungen. At the top, the arrows move to the previous month and the next month.
Under that you see how full the dog places, cat suites, and small-animal sections are.
Add a booking
- Click + Buchung. For one day in the calendar: select the day, then + Buchung an diesem Tag.
- Leistung: holiday stay, daycare, or walk / pickup.
- Unterbringung: dog place, cat suite, or small-animal section.
- Kunde and Tier from the list. If it says „(neu anlegen)“, type the name in the field below.
- Anreise and Abreise. Daycare has only one date.
- Ankunftszeit and Abholzeit. The times follow your opening hours. If the day is closed, the field is locked.
- Preis (CHF) is suggested. You can change it. Extras are added when you tick them.
- Status: request, confirmed, checked in, checked out, or cancelled.
- A Notiz if you need one.
- Speichern.
If the place is already full on those days, you see Kapazität erreicht. You can still save. The booking is then marked as overbooked.
Buchung gesperrt usually means the trial day is not passed yet, or the vaccination is missing. Under Trotzdem buchen, Begründung you type at least a few words. Who, when, and why is kept. With Nicht mehr erwünscht that field is not there. The booking stays closed.
If the vaccination is a problem, you see valid, check, or missing before you save.
On the selected day
Tagesdetail lists that day's bookings.

Requests from the portal
At the bottom, Online-Anfragen aus dem Kundenportal.
- Bestätigen turns the request into a booking.
- Ablehnen cancels it.
- Bearbeiten opens the fields if you still want to change price or time.
If the day is full and the owner still wants the list: in the booking window, Auf die Warteliste setzen.
