Request a stay
How an owner requests a holiday place, a trial day, or a walk in the portal.
An animal first
On Übersicht, add the animal if the list says Kein Tier hinterlegt. See Customer view.
A holiday place
At the top, ① Online-Buchung. The page is titled Ferienplatz für Ihren Liebling.
- Tierart: dog, cat, or small animal.
- Tier from the list.
- Zeitraum: two date fields, from and until.
- Ankunft und Abholung, inside your opening hours.
- Choose the room. If it says Probetag nötig, no trial day has been passed yet. Request one further down with Probetag anfragen, or switch the rule off in settings.
- Verbindlich anfragen.
The request sits with you under Belegung & Buchungen, in Online-Anfragen aus dem Kundenportal. Bestätigen or Ablehnen.
If there is no place, the owner can click Auf die Warteliste setzen. The sentence they then see is under Text bei ausgebuchtem Tag.
A trial day
On the same page, the box Probetag anfragen: a date and a short note, then Probetag anfragen. On your side the day is under Probetage as requested. You set the date and time and later mark Bestanden ✓.
After that
At the top, ② Bestätigung. Anfrage eingegangen means you have not confirmed yet. Buchung bestätigt means the place is reserved. Alle Buchungen lists the rest. Neue Buchung goes back to online booking.
A walk
At the top, ④ Spaziergang. Gruppe or Einzeln, tap the weekdays, then Abo buchen. The request shows under Spaziergänge & Abholungen with the open requests.
