Add an owner, search, set Sie or Du, and mark caution or a block.
The list
On the left, Kundenverwaltung. At the top, search by name, email, or town.
+ Neuer Kunde opens the window. Bearbeiten on a row opens the same window for someone who is already there.

Speichern. Löschen removes the customer. Abbrechen or schliessen drops the change.
Vorsicht shows a warning when you book. Nicht mehr erwünscht blocks the booking completely, with no field to book anyway. The same people show on the overview under customer notes. In the inbox the draft is then more careful.
