First morning
The first clicks in myxevovo, from an empty account to a confirmed booking.
In this order
Sign in
On dev.xevovo.ch click Anmelden. See Your account.
Fill in the kennel
Click your name at the bottom left, then Pensions-Einstellungen. Enter name, address, phone, daily capacity, and opening hours. Click Speichern at the top. See Kennel settings.
Add rooms and prices
On the left, Zimmer & Preise. Add a room with size and price, for example a dog place or a cat suite. Extras such as brushing or giving tablets go underneath. See Rooms and prices.
Add an owner and an animal
On the left, Kundenverwaltung, + Neuer Kunde. Then Tierakten, + Neues Tier aufnehmen, and pick the owner.
Enter a booking
On the overview, Buchung eintragen, or on the left Belegung & Buchungen and + Buchung. Owner, animal, arrival, departure, price. Speichern.
Open the day
On the overview, Tagesplan öffnen. You see who is in, and you can tap angekommen or abgeholt.
Save says Buchung gesperrt while the trial-day rule is on and the animal has not passed yet. First mark Bestanden ✓ under Probetage, or type a reason under Trotzdem buchen in the booking window. See Trial days.
At the top, switch to Kundenansicht to see what an owner sees. Back is Dashboard and your name. You invite an owner under Team-Accounts as Halter:in (Portal).
