Shifts and cleaning

The week

On the left, Einsatz- & Putzplan.

← Woche and Woche → move the week. The heading names the Monday of the week you are looking at.

Add a shift

Under the week there is a row of empty fields:

1. A name in Mitarbeiter:in.
2. The date.
3. Start and end.
4. Zuständig für, for example dog group A.
5. + Schicht.

entfernen takes the shift off again.

Cleaning plan

Under Putzplan und Zuständigkeiten:

1. Aufgabe, for example mop the kennel.
2. Bereich, for example room 2.
3. Rhythm: täglich, wöchentlich, or monatlich.
4. Zuständig.
5. + Aufgabe.

erledigt ✓ ticks it off. löschen removes the row.

This is the plan for the team. Tasks on one animal, such as medicine at 08:00, stay on the day list and on the animal record.
